Nanny Placement Pricing

Our fees cover our screening process and comprehensive background checks, as well as access to resources to support a strong working relationship with your nanny once you’ve found the right fit. Our screening process ensures that you will meet safe, qualified and experienced candidates based on your family’s needs. We screen and interview candidates for you to meet, and we run comprehensive background checks before your nanny comes to work in your home. 

We require a one-time application and placement fee. Our placement fees range from $1450 - $2950, depending on your nanny needs (see pricing below). Our application fee is $295 is non-refundable and goes towards your placement fee. These fees are separate from your nanny’s salary. Typically, nanny hourly rates are $18-$25 per hour, depending on schedule and number of children in the nanny’s care. Here’s a helpful guide on what nannies cost in the DFW area.

Our $295 application fee is due once we’ve agreed to work together. Our placement fees are non-refundable and are due prior to your nanny’s start date. Payment can be made by check or credit card.

A portion of our placement fee goes toward supporting local non-profit organizations, including Shaken Baby Alliance and Yogi Squad.

  • Our screening process, which includes extensive criminal background investigation, driving history, and education, certification, and employment verification

  • Family interview

  • Facilitating interviews and offers

  • Family resources, including:

    • Interview questions

    • Employment contract

    • Work policy and guidelines

    • Performance evaluations and tips for having performance check-ins

    • Optional consultation with Poppins Payroll for setting up payroll services and nanny taxes

    • Ongoing support and check-ins with family and nanny

DIY Placement Packages

These DIY packages offer you the resources you need to find a nanny on our own

Basic - $95

Our Basic package includes a step-by-step guide and a digital download of editable documents that you can use to find, hire and manage your nanny.

Premium - $295

Our Premium package includes all the resources in the Basic DIY Nanny Placement package plus one background check and a one-hour consultation with one of our placement agents.

Elite - $595

Our Elite package includes everything from the Basic and Premium packages plus access to our recruiting platform, which allows you to post a job, send a e-blast to our candidate pool and receive nanny applications.
