DIY Valentines
The adults in our home do not celebrate Valentine’s Day, but since having kids, we feel pulled towards the magic of chocolate, hearts and all things love. If your little is as excited about Valentine’s Day as our is, we have a few easy DIYs to celebrate and get into the spirit today.
We’ve shared two easy options - one requires paint, and the other does not!
First, we have our extra special Secret Message Valentine, which is wax resist painting. You’ll use wax from a white crayon or candle to create a secret message, and the message is revealed when you paint over it with light paint or watercolor.
For those who don’t like breaking out the paint, we have an easy-to-set-up Mosaic Valentine using tissue paper, glue and cardstock.
