Part-Time Nanny, Fort Worth, TX (76107)
About our family:
We’re a family of 4 (mom, dad, 5 year old and 2 year old girls) and are expecting boy/girl twins in May! We are so excited to welcome this little duo into the world but will certainly need a little help as we adjust to our expanding family. Mom stays at home and loves spending time with the girls. Dad is an engineer and is very engaged but has a somewhat demanding job. We are very involved in our church; our faith is a priority in our life.
Both girls are very outgoing and expressive. They both love to perform and dance and have never met a stranger. They are in a sweet phase where they are having a lot of fun playing together.
We moved to Fort Worth from Houston a year and a half ago and have loved this city and the community around us. Both of our families are out of town but are very involved.
We hope to find a nanny that can lend a helping hand as our kid crew doubles in size. With four kids, having someone to help tag team watching kids while I run carpool to keep the twins on a schedule will be a huge help for us. Additionally, having someone to assist in everyday household management such as kid laundry, dishes, and kid meal prep would be invaluable. We would hope that this person would feel like a part of our family. My intention is to be around a lot and that this would allow me to spend more intentional and quality time with my kids while knowing the rest are loved and taken care of.

You are engaged and intentional with your time with our children and our family. You have experience with infants and multiples and can help our twins adjust as their sleep, feeding and play needs change.
You show kindness and respect, and we expect our family to do the same. You’re ready to jump in and find ways to help throughout the day and keep us organized throughout the week.
You’re experienced and can share suggestions in a loving way, and you’re open to deferring to mom’s preferences according to what works best for the family and the children. (For example, we don’t do screen time or tv unless approved by a parent.)
