Full-Time Nanny Needed in Ridglea Hills 76116

About our family:

We are a family of 4 (mom, dad and 2 girls, ages 2.5 and newborn) with a sweet Border Collie living in the Ridglea Hills area. Dad works full-time, and mom is at home with our newborn daughter. We’re a loving, fun and active family.

Our parenting approach is gentle and we hold firm boundaries with love. Our goal as parents is to raise our daughters to be independent, caring women. We are looking for a nanny who appreciates and approaches caregiving with our same parenting style, who can provide support to mom with our newborn during the day and occasionally in the evenings while dad is traveling or working late.

About you:

You have 3+ years of paid experience with caring for infants and toddlers. You’re familiar and comfortable with gentle parenting and can hold firm boundaries with love. You have experience with the Montessori approach, helping our daughters gain independence while providing support when they need it. You feel comfortable letting children explore the world around them freely, allowing them to take safe risks.

You enjoy working alongside parents, becoming a partner / third parent. You’re comfortable seeing a need and stepping in as needed. You are able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of littles and can help us establish routines.

You have flexibility to stay late on occasion to support mom when dad is out of town or needs to work late. Ideally we would love for you to become an extension of our family and commit to staying with us for 12+ months.
